Phase 2 - Chamber, Bank (old Town Hall), and School Board office Downtown, rehab historic buildings for commercial use

Phase 3 - Boardwalk Lots from Hawthorne to High Tides, Indoor/Outdoor Businesses 1st Floor, 2 Floors Condos

Phase 4 - Wilder Ave Parking Lot, Boutique Hotel
